Happy new year!

祝大家身體健康, 事事順利, 身邊每個人都平平安安。
大家除夕夜玩得開心嗎? 我就在工作中渡過。但那天其實我是很想到蘭桂芳一敞的, 因為我很喜歡人多熱鬧的氣氛, 尤其是除夕夜,見到一大班酒醉的人邊走邊笑,跌來跌去, 看在眼裏就會感到他們多盡慶, 也會暗裏羡慕他們的忘我。羡慕是因為蘭桂芳現已成為禁地, 想和朋友慶祝就要有十足心理準備可能上報紙, 而且報導更可能會大做標題, 也可能被大做文章。拍到我還可說我抵死, 但我的明友就無辜極了。現在我很多朋友都怕了與我一起在街上走, 因為怕被拍到後會有一大輪電話, 一大輪解釋要做。就算是普普通通吃餐飯都要前後腳, 打醒萬二分精神, 就像偷情一樣, 很好笑。今天與一班朋友吃飯又被拍到了,他們有的垂下頭, 有的摭面, 有的跑走, 只有一個剛從外國回來沒有見識過狗仔隊的朋友陪着我。弄得大家那麼不知所措真是對不起. 但也沒辦法, 香港的傳媒就是喜歡報導這些, 狗仔隊也遍普所有旺點, 只希望我的朋友不會因怕麻煩已掉下我變成孤獨老人呆在家裏吧!

Merry Merry Christmas~!!

原來自己已經好長時間無update 啦,因為keyboard壞咗,琴日先買番個新嘅,偷咗懶咁耐,sorrie呢!今個月其實發生咗好多事,令我嘅生活模式有所改變。一向唔睇書嘅我開始愛上睇散文,小說,因為原來睇書除咗可以教你從唔同角度睇一件事之外,亦可以從中得到平靜,日常嘅混亂思想同不快都可以唔理,幾舒服架!除此之外,亦盡量睇多D戲,希望可以增加我演戲嘅技巧,因為宜家實在...haha.我亦抽多咗時間同朋友一齊,之前因工作太忙而疏遠嘅朋友已經修好啦!總之我希望可以令自己充實D.聖誕節點過?當然要同最親嘅朋友同家人過,細佬後日就番嚟啦,全家人都好開心呢!祝大家有一個暖lup lup 嘅聖誕!

Japan Trip

Went to Tokyo for 6 days, so much fun, all I did is eat n shop, eat n shop, definitely a good experience. But that's y i didn't update for so long. ^^ haha, sorrie
Here are some of the pics I took,

Neon lights make 新宿 so bright and pretty at night.


Eat "la mien " every day for lunch, so yummy, but will get very thirsty afterwards.


Went to the fish market at 5 in the morning to taste the freshest sushi, look, the sky is still dark, so tired.... but it's really worth trying

my favorite sushi, Toro, ate 6 pieces of them as breakfast, is cheaper and much fresher than those in Hong Kong. yum yum^^



One of my favorite drink in the trip, corn soup, u can get it in any vending machine, It's sweet and creamy and can keep u warm in the freezing winter^^

Bumped into Ivan Wong in Japan, He is super super nice, and since he lives in Japan for a long time, he knows all the good places n bought me around for two days. Thanks so much, u made my japan trip unforgetable^^

抱抱Camp

抱抱就係要放低自己抱抱人地,係呢個三日二夜嘅camp裏面放低了日常工作壓力,變回一個小朋友盡情咁玩、唱歌、跳舞、在草地放風箏、玩集體遊戲,做咗好多久遺了嘅嘅, 找回久遺了嘅陳苑淇。

好開心今次現出成功,但同時都有多少失落感,因為苦綀個幾月嘅舞,一眨眼就做完,好唔捨得呢!
係呢個過程裏面壓力真係好大,但好開心同好多歌手因此而變得更熟。
希望大家鐘意我嘅表演,亦希望每年嘅台慶我都可以繼續參與,做更多唔同嘅表演比大家睇

前天在一個慈善晚宴表演,在後台遇到這兩位小朋友,年紀輕輕,最小那位只有6歲,但已經表演唱粵曲.很了不起。雖然自己不太懂粵曲,但見到有小朋友學習,繼續將香港獨一無二嘅藝術留傳落去,實在難得. So proud of them!

前兩天被美國劇集prison break迷住了,真的太緊張,男主角也很有charm,所以一看就停不了,5:00才睡覺,雖然很累,但看到那麼出色的劇集,實在值得,但奉勸大家開始睇之前要諗清楚,因為真係太addictive 啦,會令人乜都做唔到,好似我兩日都無update個blog咁,再加熊貓眼一對,小心!

今日終於知道啦^.^
我台慶ballroom dance嘅partner就係......Otto啦!實在太好lu, Otto跳舞咁勁,而且之前已經同佢跳過,所以好有安全感呢! I'm sure we will put on a good show!

Busy Busy

I'm very busy these few days. Apart from the catwalks and shows that i do, I need to rehearse for tvb's anniversary show. I'm learning two dances which is very tough. The long hours, from 4 to 10 practise has contributed to a lot of pain in my whole body, especially the muscle on my left thigh, i can't go down the stairs n can barely walk today, n brad is laughing at me cos she thinks i walk like an old lady now.

Tomorrow is the CASH competition, I'm singing a song written by "kin sing".

It is definately a huge challenge for me to perform this song. The song is a rock song, something i've never encountered, and the lyrics.... oh goosh! it's so so difficult for someone who failed chinese. I've started to memorize a week from now, but still I couldn't get it perfect....so end up i have to copy the lyrics over and over again.

多謝所有關心我的朋友,我已好多了,因為忙得連不開心的時間到沒有呢。自從從沙巴回來後,工作一直都排到密密麻麻,每天都要拍戲,有時要開工十四個鐘,之後再排舞.每晚回到家都已經很累,所以沒有天天update,懶惰了,不好意思唷!
明晚我就要到澳門準備Casino開幕的表演,到時我會唱7首歌同跳我苦綀的新舞,好緊張呢!希望不要忘記歌詞同舞步啦!wish me luck!

My thoughts

一直以來我所有嘅post都係一D開心嘅事,因為我係一個好容易開心嘅人。以前我並唔係咁樂觀嘅,係娛樂圈令到我懂得珍借我所擁有嘅嘢,只要有咁嘅想法,每日就可以搵到開心嘅點滴,會舒服得多。但最近我每一日都感到失落同迷失, 希望天主可以比我勇氣去刻服所有嘅困難,引領我去一條正確嘅道路。
